I love working one-on-one with clients, but sometimes that’s not practical for the client and sometimes a group environment or an online program is a better fit.

These 2 programs are designed to help my clients wherever they are- something quick to get back on track after some holiday over-indulgences and a monthly training program and incorporates a workout program and the development of a healthy lifestyle slowly- in a way that’s sustainable.

My online training program is an ongoing monthly program. It includes monthly workouts, goal setting, and tips to make healthy habits work for you and your family.
